See attached Specifications, Bid Sheet, Bid Bond and Drug and Alcohol Testing Acknowledgment Statement and Affidavit, along with Company's Testing Policy, and Iran Divestment Act that must be returned as part of the Bid. Returning the form for disclosure of the Title VI and Title IX information is voluntary. The Standard Germantown Construction Contract, Payment Bond, Performance Bond and the required Insurance Certifications are included and will be required from the selected Bidder. The work required under this Contract includes furnishing and paying for all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, and other items and construction improvements of the Germantown Station Park Trail Improvements, complete in every detail, ready for the City's beneficial use as specified herein and/or indicated on the contract drawings. The asphalt trail construction will begin at 3061 Laurinburg Circle, Germantown, TN. The project shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following items: 1. Clearing 2. Tree Removal 3. Root Pruning 4. Asphalt Trail Construction 5. Wood Bridge Construction 6. Sod Installation 7. Other Related Wor Questions Deadline: 08/08/2023 at 4:00pm
