The owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. The School Board of Orange County, Florida announces that Construction Management at Risk Services are required . 1. A comprehensive project for Colonial High School located at 6100 Oleander Drive, Orlando, Florida 32807. 2. Colonial High School's campus includes the original buildings constructed in 1952 and an auditorium/music building constructed in 2019. This project consists of remodeling, renovations to the existing campus of approximately 431,030 GSF and 62.03 acres to provide improved facilities to house educational programs for a total of 2,858 student stations. 3. Buildings to be renovated/remodeled will include administrative, cafeteria, classrooms, skills labs, science labs, art, dance, career and technical labs, agricultural labs and exterior program elements including barns, automotive lab, exceptional education, media center, gymnasium, and athletic facility program elements. 4. Buildings to be replaced include the existing shade house and green house. 5. Remodeling and renovation of the existing buildings including, but not limited to, improvement of structural elements, building envelope, exterior finishes, interior finishes, instructional technologies and mechanical, electrical, lighting, data, communications and security systems. Site improvements including but not limited to renovation, replacement of existing parking areas, parent loop, bus loop, athletic facilities, exterior walkways and canopies, site lighting, site signage, underground utilities, landscaping and irrigation. Furthermore, all Notices concerning this solicitation and award shall be posted to the aforementioned website. These Notices shall include, but are not limited to short list meeting dates and times, presentation meeting dates and times, intended decision and decision information.
