**As of August 9, 2023, project was awarded to Interwest Construction, Inc, awarded amount is $768,764.08.** The City of Sequim is putting out a Call for Bids on a contract for replacement of approximately 460LF of water and sewer pipe, reconnection of all associated services, installation of new stormwater facilities, full road restoration, and other associated work.. The City complies with state and federal laws prohibiting discrimination on the basis of any protected status and commits to nondiscrimination in all of its programs and activities. Bid Proposals are to be submitted only on the Proposal Form provided to registered plan-holders. All Bid Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, money order, or bid bond payable to the "City of Sequim" and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. The City of Sequim expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to Award the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interests of the City. The Engineer's Estimate range is $645,000 to $745,000. The work locations include but are not limited to: Etta Street - South Sequim Ave to South Sunnyside Ave. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
