So we will need your help along with our design team, to stay on your BUDGET. There is a preliminary Design and will need the following work: The existing area is an old cafeteria and 6,300 SQ FT, so there is some demo and then we would like to float the existing floors and apply carpet tiles over it. Build some new walls, add some new doors, install new ceiling grid, new lighting and electrical, pull some new CAT 6A and rework fire alarm. BLDG 20 - See Photos 6300 SF: Carpet Tiles 6300 SF: Ceiling Grid 350 LF: Drywall and Framing + paint 7: New Doors Rework New Lighting & Elect / Data Comm and Fire Alarms Rework HVAC Ducting BLDG 23 - See Photos This is the existing gym where they would like to build 1 new room with Carpet Tiles, Drywall and Paint, New Doors, Lighting / Elect / Data Comm and Fire Alarm. This one they want new Split System big enough to cover 1400 SQ ft 1400 SF - Carpet Tiles 1400 SF - Ceiling Grid 75 LF: Drywall Framing and Paint 5: New Doors New Lighting & Elect / Data Comm and Fire New Split System HVAC big enough for 1400 SF. The design build services are required to:Determine, evaluate & develop the conceptual designs to accommodate the on-site Cerner training program requirements with minimal to no impact on the facility's daily operations Prepare contract documents including construction drawings & specifications to reconfigure the listed rooms below in 1.2 Cerner Training Rooms & Scope of Work utilizing the documents This is already our job, but we have to give the Government proposals from all of our sub contractors.
