Question Deadline 08/22/2023 The Engineer Estimate for this project is $2,887,737.00. Federal Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Rates must be included in the contract documents and are required to be updated by addendum at least seven (7) days prior to the bid date. Unless otherwise provided in the Contract Documents, Contractor shall obtain and pay for all construction permits, licenses, and certificates of occupancy. The Owner reserves the right to accept Bid Forms which nominally vary in appearance from the original paper version of the Bid Form, providing that all required information and submittals are included with the Bid. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
