Some of the culvert and drainage repairs are located in 2 nd Rang Shenley North.ULVERT REPAIR THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT-MARTIN is requesting offers for the repair of the road network of approximately 710 meters on 1 RE Rang Shenley North, including the repair of culverts and various drainage works. Some of the culvert and drainage repairs are located in 2 nd Rang Shenley North. To be eligible, any bid must be submitted on the forms provided by the Municipality and be accompanied by a bid guarantee representing 10% of the total amount. Only bids from contractors with an establishment in Quebec or those who have a business establishment in Ontario will be considered, for the purposes of awarding the contract, all in accordance with the agreement on the liberalization of public contracts in Quebec and the United States. 'Ontario and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (LRQ, cB-11). The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received. It declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders and reserves the right to withdraw certain parts of the contract. The Municipality cannot be the subject of any prosecution or claim for costs, losses or damages suffered as a result of such decisions.
