Reference Number : 1641896 Review Title : STORM SEWERS ADDITION, REPAIR OF EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURES AND STREET RECONSTRUCTION / ADDING OF STORM SEWERS, REPAIR OF EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURES AND STREET RECONSTRUCTION - PHASE 3 These works consist briefly of several mandatory excavations before work, the construction of storm sewers with diameters of 375 mm to 900 mm over approximately 940 linear meters, the replacement of sewers and sanitary facilities with a diameter of 200 mm over approximately 1,240 linear meters and this through the pipes and services and the aqueduct currently in the right-of-way of the street, the repair of the street infrastructure and pavement structure over approximately 1290 linear meters, the repair of sanitary pipes, aqueduct, entrances service, work near residences, installation of a Soleno Aqua-Swirl type rainwater treatment system (or equivalent approved), temporary pumping during construction. The works include, the supply of materials, the installation of the pipes and the rainwater treatment unit, all the control process mechanics equipment, the site development works and other related works. For both tenders, certified check issued by a banking institution or credit union doing business in Quebec, or bid bond, equivalent to 10% of the amount tendered, accompanied by a letter of undertaking from an insurance company guaranteeing the Contractor's obligations for the execution, wages, materials and services for a value 100% (50% workmanship, 50% wages, materials and services) of the market price, valid for ninety (90) days. If it is in Long Point First Nation's interest, Long Point First Nation may waive any defects in form or minor defects that the submission may contain. No facsimile submissions will be accepted. Long Point First Nation does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, without any obligation on its part towards the tenderers.
