Project Description: Work will take place on the following TCCD campuses: South Campus, 5301 Campus Dr., Fort Worth, TX 76119 (8 Classrooms) Northeast Campus, 828 W. Harwood Road, Fort Worth, TX 76054 (1 Classroom) Trinity River West Fork, 300 Trinity Campus Circle, Fort Worth, TX 76102 (8 Classrooms) Trinity River East TRHA, 245 E. Belknap Fort Worth, TX 76102 (7 Classrooms) 1.2 Scope of Services and Specific Requirements The project consists of interior renovations of classrooms, computer rooms, and other specialty spaces in accordance with plans and specifications dated 11/8/2023. Question Deadline 01/29/2024 at 11:30 AM CT Questions shall be submitted in writing using the Bonfire platform no later than the written questions deadline. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be answered. Proposers should rely only on written statements issued through Bonfire platform. MWBE goals mirror the statewide HUB goals. Provide a statement for how your firm would propose to meet the 21.1% MWBE goal for the category of work in this RFQ for professional services. Work includes: Replacement of flooring, ceiling grids, ceiling panels, and light fixtures. New partitions and ceilings. Refinishing of wood doors. Painting of walls, doors, and door frames. Upgrades to the existing audiovisual system. Addition of new AV cabinets. Installation of new floor boxes on concrete floors. Upgrades to the existing information technology systems infrastructure to support the audiovisual system. Relocation of existing air registers in new ceilings. Relocation of existing sprinkler heads in new ceilings. Upgrades to the existing lighting control system. Upgrades to the existing restroom. Bid submission shall be accompanied by either an original bid bond in the in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount from a reliable surety company licensed to do business in the State of Texas or an original cashiers check, certified check, or money order upon a State bank, payable without recourse to the Tarrant County College District. The College reserves all rights and will conduct the bid in accordance with Texas Government Code, Title 10, Subtitle F, Chapter 2262, subchapter C, regarding competitive bidding.
