Site Directions: City of Sumner, 1200 Block Washington Street to 57th St E (Under active BNSF Railroad) to 900 Block of Traffic Ave For technical information, contact Jared Ribail, PE at (253) 393-2964. This project includes the installation of 1,900 linear feet of 24-inch and 700 linear feet of 16-inch ductile iron water main from the intersection of Railroad and Washington Street across the Burlington Northern Railroad Track, within an easement through 1125 57th Street E, along 57th Street E, Fryar Avenue and Traffic Avenue to just south of Maple Street in Sumner, Washington. The project will also include abandonment of 2,200 linear feet of 12-, 14-, and 18-inch cast iron pipe. The work also includes trenchless and open cut trench pipe installation, associated pavement restoration, and all associated work as shown on the Plans and specified herein. All work shall be physically complete within 120 working days of receiving a Notice to Proceed. Time extensions may be granted for rainfall days that prevent work that is already in progress. The City of Puyallup reserves the right to accept a proposal of the lowest responsible bidder, reject any or all bids, and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding. The Engineer's estimated range for this project is between $3,000,000 to $3,500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
