The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of; DEMOLITION OF MAIN STRUCTURES (See Bid Form page for list ofstructures to be removed), REMOVAL and DISPOSAL ofALL DEBRIS, LEVELING LOT TO ORIGINAL GRADE AND SEEDING. Contractor will remove all foundation walls, footings and basement slab. All utilities will be closed off as per requirements set forth by Ameren and Illinois American Water. Sewer will be stubbed up to the surface and capped. Contractor is responsible for verifying existing conditions prior to Bid. No additional compensation will be provided if Contractor fails to note existing conditions. The Contractor will furnish all EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS and LABOR necessary for the proper completion of the contract. The Contractor will repair, replace or otherwise settle with the City of Pekin if damage occurs to property or existing facilities during performance ofWork -includes detached garage and 2-story duplex at the rear ofthe lot. Remove Concrete retaining wall and concrete steps in the backyard. Scrape the lot clean of all overgrown vegetation and saplings
