Demolition of the rear facade and all existing interior finishes up to the frame (249 m ca); 2. Repair and modification of existing facades and roof; 3. Construction of an extension at the back of the land (217 m ca); 4. Construction of interior fittings (total area of 466 square meters); 5. Construction of a storage shed (44 square meters); 6.
