The Location of the Sr 0170-d51 Project is as Follows: From a Point Approximately 4.25 Mile North From the Intersection With Sr 0006 (Us Route 6) Along Sr 0170 to the Intersection With Wood Lane at Segment 0100 Offset 2858 (Station 245+50.00) to Segment 0110 Offset 1591 (Station 267+50.00), With a Total Work Area Length of 2050.00 Feet (0.388 Miles). The Project Consists of the Replacement of an Existing Structure, Sr 0170 Carrying Traffic Over West Branch of Lackawaxen River With Roadway Improvements and the Installation of Guide Rail. The Existing Open Grate Steel Girder Structure Will Be Replaced With a Spread Box Beam Structure. The Proposed Horizontal and Vertical Alignments Be Realigned Slightly to Improve Roadway Geometry but Will Mostly Match the Existing Condition. Other Work Includes Excavation, Temporary Excavation Support and Protection System, Full Depth Bituminous Paving Bridge Approaches, E & S Control Measures, Temporary Traffic Signal, Permanent Signing, Pavement Markings, and Other Miscellaneous Construction Work. The Project Consists of Bridge Rehabilitation Addressing Priority Maintenance Items of an Existing Structure, Sr 1001 Carrying Traffic Over Carley Brook With Approach Roadway Improvements and the Installation of Guide Rail. Rehabilitation Items for the Existing Concrete Spread Box Beam Structure Include Protective Coating for Reinforced Concrete Surfaces, Bridge Expansion Joint Replacement, Beam Repairs, Substructure Repairs, and Scour Protection.
