OMAHA AIRPORT AUTHORITY OMAHA AIRPORT AUTHORITY INVITATION TO BID Jetlinx-Infrastructure-Road Utilities Eppley Airfield - Omaha, Nebraska Project Number CEB 21-05 The Omaha Airport Authority, Omaha, Nebraska will receive Bids for the project titled Jetlinx-Infrastructure-Road Utilities. Combined construction will include concrete pavement, security fencing, grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water line, and other Miscellaneous Construction Items. Substantial Completion of the project must be completed within the contract times indicated below: Substantial completion of the project must be achieved within 40 (Forty) working days of a start date which shall be identified in the Notice to Proceed letter and which shall be agreed upon between the Owner and the Contractor. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., on July 12, 2021, in the Airport Authority offices, Second Level, Eppley Airfield Terminal Building, Omaha, Nebraska, at which time and place they will be opened and read aloud. A project review conference will be held at 11:00 a.m. on July 6, 2021, in the office of the Omaha Airport Authority, Eppley Airfield, Omaha, Nebraska. A site inspection will follow the project review conference.
