The goal of the project is to provide a new playground and play elements along with poured in place surfacing. The existing swing set will stay in place, with minor modifications identified int he packet. General Requirements - Insurance Required - Contractors License Required - Warranty Information Required - Installation Required Pricing Lump sum The project has been budgeted for a maximum expense of $135,000. Any proposal over this amount will be eliminated from consideration. Should you have any large attachments (larger than 2MB), please transfer them via dropbox or other file transfer method. Questions will be accepted until 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 30. All questions and answers will be posted online by end of day, Wednesday, June 30. Remove existing playground and EWF.EWF removed from the playbay can be stockpiled adjacent to the playbay for removal by Town staff. Design and installation of play elements to fit within existing play bay. Playground elements shall be provided for ages 2-12. Elements shall provide activities for a variety of abilities. Playgrounds must meet ADA guidelines. Installation of a poured-in-place playbay surface. Specifically identify which type (single layer or dual layer) of poured-in-place surfacing is proposed with the project. Improvements to existing swing bays. Paint existing frame of swing bays to match new equipment.
