General Scope: Network Contracting Office 6 intends to release a solicitation for Construction Services to Renovate Halls and Walls and ceilings of Various Buildings located at the Durham VA Medical Center. The contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and supervision necessary to alter, demolish, interior, finishes and electrical work and certain other item to install new finishes to various buildings located at Durham VA Medical Center 508 Fulton Street, Durham, NC 27705. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing finishes, remediation of substrates to receive new finishes, and installation of new finishes in areas for building 1 as required by drawings and specifications. The NAICS code for this project is 236220: Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Small Business Size Standard of $45 million. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on or about February 6th, 2024. Material will include the solicitation and accompanying documents such as: drawings which will be provided by the VA.
