Question Deadline 09/10/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No. Inquiries regarding the bid requirements must be in writing and directed to the Purchasing Manager, P.O. Box 20000, Las Cruces, New Mexico, 88004, or emailed to bidclerk@lascruces.gov . An acceptable bidder's bond payable to the City in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total for the bid submitted must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. Bid date notes: Bids/Proposals received after the due date/time will be considered non-responsive and not acceptable for award. Scope of Work: The Work consists of the furnishing of all labor, material, services, and equipment required for the fabrication, delivery and installation of all items of work as detailed in the Contract Documents, including Base Bid and Bid Alternate for the construction of the CHANDLER TANK PARK. The proposed project for CHANDLER TANK PARK will include grading and earthwork, construction of irrigated turf multi-use field with a playground for different age groups, paved and unpaved pathways, angular landscape boulders, picnic shelters, site furnishings, a small, paved parking area in park including striping, signage, bollards & cable, signages & striping @ Las Colinas Dr, pedestrian crossing signage @ Sonoma Ranch Blvd., landscaping, irrigation, installing new street trees including irrigation, retaining walls, water harvesting features, and installation of a drinking fountain w/ sump pit.
