Q&A Addendum e-VA procurement website The City of Waynesboro is seeking competitive prices to perform full-depth pavement reclamation, intersection improvements, and traffic signal modifications on North Delphine Avenue from 0.235 miles south of Hopeman Parkway to 0.237 miles north of Hopeman Parkway in accordance with the accompanying plan set. The Scope of Work entails pavement demolition, full-depth reclamation, grading, curb/gutter construction, traffic signal modification, asphalt paving, pavement marking application, and miscellaneous site work. The method of procurement is competitive sealed bidding in accordance with the Virginia Public Procurement Act The City of Waynesboro reserves the right to reject an individual unit price included herein prior to award of the contract. Items listed below may or may not be on the bid plans. Unit prices shall be provided for each item, except those clearly labeled as not applicable (N/A). Bids may be deemed unresponsive if a unit price is not provided for every item listed on the bid form By my signature on this solicitation, I certify that this contractor/individual and subcontractor is properly licensed for providing the goods/services specified. Furthermore, the contractor and subcontractors shall maintain the required license throughout the term of the contract. The contractor or their subcontractor shall immediately notify the contracting agency in writing in the event the license has been revoked.
