All bid proposals shall be deemed to be offers to enter into a contract and shall be irrevocable for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the opening of the bids. The contract includes general trades, mechanical, electrical, and related site work for a new singlestory fire station of primary wood frame with steel and concrete elements. Station will include fire apparatus parking area with supporting functions. Living and sleeping quarters for 24 hour use by fire department personnel. Station is approximately 17,100 square feet in total. Base bid cost range of $8,360,000 to $9,240,000 not including sales tax. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
