The dpmc is seeking to engage the services of an architectural firm and consulting team with the objective to demolish several outdated and abandoned buildings, construct a new fabric covered salt storage building and a new covered material storage bin structure to relocate the fuel facility and all proposed buildings within the yard such that better circulation and efficiency is achieved. The existing impervious surface shall also be expanded for the storage of road spoils while other areas may need to be eliminated in order to maintain compliance with pinelands regulations. A new high-efficiency led site lighting system shall be installed to provide adequate nighttime illumination of the entire facility, including lighting units for existing flagpoles. Also a new back-up generator shall be installed that has the capability of running the electrical needs of the entire facility in the event of a power outage.
