For the removal of existing concrete curb and brick sidewalk; installation of new concrete curb and ADA curb ramps; sign relocation; storm sewer system improvements; and milling and paving A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Red Lion Borough in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days. Red Lion Borough Council reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
