The ZerNona Black Multi-Generational Community Center is construction of a new community center. Partnership with City of San Antonio, Bexar County, and ZBC, Inc. to construct a new multi-generational cultural community center. The Center will provide social services and resources to families which may include Pre/After School Programming, Adult Education, and Senior Day Care. The City of San Antonio point of contact for this solicitation is Lona Carter. Questions are to be submitted in writing in the Questions and Answers section on portal. Bid documents, addendas, and this solicitation will be posted on portal through electronically. The bidder understands and agrees to the responsibility for obtaining any and all addenda and adhering to all requirements in addenda(s). City is not responsible for incorrect information obtained through other sources. This is a Qualified Low Bid Solicitation. It is understood and agreed that the work is to be substantially completed on or before 275 calendar days. This project does not include hazardous environmental work. This project requires 1 project sign(s). Small Business Economic Development Advocacy (SBEDA) Program Compliance - Respondents shall meet the subcontracting requirements as stated on 050.01 Form and on the Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Plan posted with this solicitation on the Citys electronically. The Subcontractor/Supplier Utilization Plan will be determined off base bid. Wage Decision - Respondent shall meet the prevailing wage rate requirements established for this contract and shall reference the wage decision posted with this solicitation on the Citys electronically.
