Inquiries should be directed to the contact(s) listed. furnishing all labor, material and equipment, and performing all work required to demolish and existing swimming pool and bathhouse and construct a new 2,800 sq. ft. bathhouse and a new 3,900 sq. ft. recreational swimming pool with in-pool water features and fountains, commercial fiberglass waterslide, and associated equipment and amenities. he successful bidder must furnish a Performance bond, a Material and Labor Payment Bond, all upon the form provided in the amount of 100 percent of the contract price, and a 2-year Maintenance Bond provided in the amount of 30% of the contract price, from an approved surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety or other sureties acceptable to the Owner The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, tools, equipment and all incidentals required & performing all work necessary for the Lee Penn Park Swimming Pool and Bathhouse Project. The project includes selective demolition of existing site structures including the existing bathhouse building, existing swimming pool, and some existing utilities. The project also includes the installation of new utilities, construction of a new bathhouse building, construction of a new swimming pool and concrete pool decks, and installation of new picket fencing around the pool yard. Additional features to be constructed/installed at the project include shade structures, waterslide, and various waterplay features in the shallow areas of the pool.
