Sealed bids will be received by the Alamo Sewer & Water General Improvement, P.O. Box 418, Alamo, Nevada 89001, for performing the work as set forth in the Specifications for the WATER TANK EXTERIOR RE-COAT. The Principal items of work for the project will consist of removing the old lead-based paint on the roof, by blasting and grinding, pressure washing / grinding the shell, and coating the prepared surface of the tank with an epoxy primer and urethane surface. A pre-bid conference is not required for this project. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities in any bid or in the bidding process. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
