Solicitation Number: 140F0821R0004 Notice Type: Pre-Solicitation Notice for Camus NWR, Idaho - Water Control Project PV Array Construction Synopsis: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Water Control Project PV Array Construction of 300 KW Solar array to support the power requirements associated with the rehabilitation project at Camas NWR, Hamer, ID (Jefferson County) This procurement action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside A pre-proposal site visit and instructions will be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 237130 - Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction with a size standard of $16.5M. The PSC code is Y1MG - CONSTRUCTION OF EPG FACILITIES - SOLAR The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within 24 months. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR 15.101-2(c) 15, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). This work involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work that will be provided when solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued.
