LCCC reserves the right to waive any informalities, defects, errors, or omissions in, or to reject any or all bids, proposals, or parts thereof. Under the Right to Know Law, LCCC is required to post to the PA Treasury Website all documents (BPO, PO, contract, and agreement) for transactions valued at $5,000.00 and above. The work shall commence on May 17, 2021 and shall be substantially complete no later than August 23, 2021
