Project was awarded to RL Larson Excavating in the amount of $1,378,324.37 Furnishing of all labor, materials, and all else necessary for the following: Summers Landing - 5th Addition Utility, Street & Lighting Improvements: In general, Work consists of the following approximate quantities: 2,810 LF 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer Pipe 19 EA Sanitary Sewer Manholes 3,500 LF 6"-18" DIP Water Main 1,910 LF 12"- 30" RCP Storm Sewer 28 EA Storm Sewer Structures 13,740 SY Aggregate Base, Class 5 1,265 TN Bituminous Course Mixture 6,170 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 1,635 SY Concrete Sidewalk 10 EA Lighting Units Along with all related work, appurtenances, services, erosion control and restoration. The term "responsible contractor" means a contractor as defined in Minnesota Statutes Section 16C.285, subdivision 3 Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to retain the deposits of the 3 lowest Bidders for a period not to exceed 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the date and time set for the Opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the Contract to the best interests of the Owner.
