All substitution requests and requests for clarification shall be received by March 3, 2021. Requests received after this day will not be given consideration. The Hawaii Product Preference (HRS 103D-1002 and HAR 3-124 Subchapter 1) and Public Works Apprenticeship Programs shall not apply to this solicitation. SOLICITATION NO.: RFB-DDC-1495607 Basic Bid Remove and replace existing Aluminum sliding glass doors, windows and jalousie windows. Replace exterior doors with aluminum storefront system to meet storm hardening requirements. Prep and paint exterior walls, ceilings and soffits of Multi-Purpose Building. Remove and replace existing metal roofing system. Provide PV system on the new metal roof system. Renovate the interior of the building with new flooring, repainting and new suspended ceiling system. Remove and replace base and wall cabinets in Multi-Purpose Room and Kitchen; replace appliances; renovate Men's, Women's Restroom finishes and provide for ADA compliance; remove and replace toilet fixtures, toilet stalls, toilet accessories and floor drains; replace all wall bases and other miscellaneous work in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
