All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee , either in the form of a certified check for an amount equal to 10% of the total amount of the tender, excluding all applicable taxes , payable to the Center de services scolaire of the Navigators, or an irrevocable letter of guarantee or a tender bond established in the same amount valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of the tenders.
