Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the installation of a new dual reg pressure reducing station (PRS) on Three Wood Lane in Northwest Reno. New PRS replaces an existing PRS that will be demolished and abandoned as part of this contract. Project also includes installation of ~370 lf of 8" ductile iron pipe and repair of roads and landscaping affected by work. A pre-bid conference and site visit will NOT be held. ESTIMATE: $216,000 - $264,000 TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder.
