Standard contract provisions of the Department of HUD, Act of 1968, as amended, and US Department of Labor for CDBG apply to this project, including Federal Prevailing Wages rates, Civil Rights, EEO, Federal Public Works, Affirmative Action, Section 3 Requirements, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, EO 11246, 11625 together with all Standard Provisions of CDBG Programs. The County of Beaver, Pennsylvania, reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to award Contracts in its best interest.
