Woodmere Development Co., Ltd. a Texas Limited Partnership By: Woodmere GP, LLC, a Limited Liability Company, its General Partner On behalf of Rolling Creek Utility District reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.(Texas Water Code 49.273) Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier's check payable to Woodmere Development Co., Ltd. a Texas Limited Partnership By: Woodmere GP, LLC, a Limited Liability Company, its General Partner On behalf of Rolling Creek Utility District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid.
