All bid questions must be submitted to the Owner by 10:00 A.M.The Bidder should attend the pre-bid meeting in its entirety. The Project consists of construction of a parking facility with new pavement, curbing, underground stormwater storage and bioretention treatment areas. The Project will be awarded in one Contract. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid. Fifty-one percent (51%) of the Work under the Contract Documents must be self-performed by the General Contractor. The Project will be awarded by base bid on a lump sum basis for the performance and completion of all Work required by the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents include, but may not be limited to, the Instructions to Bidders, Contract Agreement, General Conditions, Drawings, Specs. (Divisions 01 through 46, inclusive, where applicable), and Bid Bond, Performance Bond, and Payment Bond. Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the installation of MWA Third Street Parking, Third Street at Arch Street. The Project consists of construction of a parking facility with new pavement, curbing, underground stormwater storage and bioretention treatment areas. TIME OF COMPLETION.- (150) consecutive calendar days
