As of April 22, 2021, a construction manager and a designer have been awarded. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. --- Capital renewal of select building systems in all permanent buildings at Roberto Clemente Middle School, located at 6000 Stonewall Jackson Rd, Orlando, FL 32807. Renovation of multiple systems and components, campus-wide, including but not limited to storm-water drainage improvements; refurbishment or replacement of roof systems; replacement of wall & window joint sealants; select replacement of doors & hardware and acoustical ceilings; refurbishment of replacement of heating, ventilating & air conditioning (HVAC) air distribution equipment & building automation; select replacement of plumbing fixtures & accessories; select electrical power, lighting, & fire alarm modifications; and replacement of intercom, intrusion detection, & CCTV systems. Remodeling to the extent required to support repurposing or reconfiguration of existing spaces needed in support of system replacements. The campus will remain occupied during design and construction. The estimated construction cost is $7,850,000.
