**As of February 10, 2021, project was awarded to Fused Industries for $2,269,203.20. Scope of Work includes: 1. Approx. 22,500 CY of detention pond excavation and spoil disposal; 2. Approx. 750 LF of 12-inch through 16-inch water line and all appurtenances; 3. Approx. 650 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances; 4. Approx. 2,100 LF of 24-inch through 42-inch storm sewer pipe and all appurtenances; 5. Approx. 900 LF of storm sewer box culverts and all appurtenances; and 6. Approx. 8,000 SY of 8-inch reinforced concrete paving; Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. There will be no pre-bid conference associated with this project. Plans, specifications and bid documents are available at www.civcastusa.com, search: 7096-00. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities through www.civcastusa.com. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
