This project is for an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for the resurfacing of playcourts at various parks on Oahu with an estimate of $400,000.00. The exact type of playcourt and locations, project limits and playcourt resurfacing requirements will be determined within the contract time period. The City is not obligated to order a minimum or maximum quantity. The project generally consists of resurfacing of playcourts and painting of playing lines at various parks on Oahu under the jurisdiction of the City and County of Honolulu Department of Parks and Recreation. Offerors shall be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444 HRS, related to the licensing of Coniractors. Requests for clarification regarding this bid solicitation may be directed to Cheryl Luga of the Division of Purchasing by email to bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov or by facsimile to fax number (808) 768-3299. All substitution requests and requests for clarification shall be received no later than December 23, 2020. Requests received after this date will not be given consideration. Persons wishing to certify and qualify a product not currently listed as a Hawaii Product shall submit a Certification for Hawaii Product Preference (form SPO-38) to: Division of Purchasing City and County of Honolulu 530 S.
