On-call paving services for the County of San Bernardino. The County of San Bernardino, Real Estate Services Department - Facilities Management (County), is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide On-Call Paving Services at various County locations. Lena Road, San Bernardino, CA 92415-0055, (909) 387-2255 Phone, keith.evans@res.sbcounty.gov Email, E-mail address may only be used to submit questions. Deadline for Submission of Questions - January 11, 2021 12:00 p.m. The County estimates a budget of not to exceed $360,000 over the three (3) year term of any awarded contract. The contract for repair services will require bonds. The successful Proposer agrees to execute the required Standard Contract(s) and will furnish a payment bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and a Faithful Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The County may reject as non-responsive any Proposal that does not comply with all of the material and substantial terms, conditions, and performance requirements of the RFP. Further, the County may reject a proposal from any entity that is a parent, affiliate, or subsidiary, or that is under common ownership, control, or management with any other entity submitting a Proposal in response to this RFP.
