Substantially Complete-100 calendar days + Final Completion 45 calendar days Pierce College, Fort Steilacoom, Early Childhood Education Remodel, located at 9401 Farwest Drive SW, Lakewood, WA 98498 1. The Work of this Contract consists of the Work identified in the Contract Documents for Pierce College, Fort Steilacoom, Early Childhood Education Remodel (ECE). 2. Provide for the Work as shown in the Contract Documents, including all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the Project. 3. Work Summary: a. Renovation and expansion of the Early Childhood Education spaces on the first floor of the Olympic South Building. b. Selective exterior demolition includes exterior wall assemblies consisting of cast concrete, storefront framing and glazing, exterior doors, site concrete and asphalt paving in whole or part as shown on the drawings. c. Selective interior demolition includes interior finishes, walls, ceilings, doors, carpet and resilient flooring, and other misc. items in whole or part as shown on drawings. d. New work includes new foundations, framed and concrete exterior walls, storefront framing and glazing, exterior and interior doors, concrete ramp and stairs including railings, interior finishes, casework and fixtures as shown on the drawings. Work Summary (Alternate Bid): a. Lighting replacement in the Playroom as noted in the documents. b. Demolition and replacement of the interior finishes in the Toilet area
