Reference number : 1580718 Repair work on the municipal wharf phase 1. This work consists summarily, without being limited to, of carrying out: -reconstruction of the quay walls with a sheet pile wall held in place by tie rods; -the placement of a concrete anchor wall behind the wall; -construction of a new capping wall and closures to the existing wharf; -various related works (demolition, dismantling and installation of conduits, backfilling, mooring bollards, ladders, etc.) The tender documents are available on the SEAO which determines their conditions of issue. The deadline for filing a complaint regarding the award process covered by this call for tenders is March 28, 2022. Only bids submitted by suppliers with an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to the City will be considered. The City incurs no liability for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain errors or omissions. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders.
