The work includes, among other things, the construction of an extension of 6 classrooms including an elevator, toilet blocks and collaborative spaces as well as the construction of a landing stage and the partial redevelopment of the schoolyard. Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check equivalent to 10% of the tender payable to the owner, the Central Québec School Board , or a tender bond, established in the same amount, all valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of tenders, and issued by a company authorized to stand surety.
