(Water Pump Station) o Furnish and install bracing at lockers. (Water Pump Station) o Furnish and install pipe supports and flex joints on existing small diameter fuel pipelines. (Lagoon Pump Station) o Furnish and install bracing of electrical panels and storage shelves. (Lagoon Pump Station) o Furnish and install pre-compressed expansion joint and modification to the existing concrete wall and walkway on the north side of building. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner in response to such questions will be issued by written Addenda mailed, faxed, or delivered to all parties recorded by Owner as having received Bidding Documents. Owner may not answer questions received less than ten (10) business days prior to the date for opening Bids. B. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Any other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect, and Bidders shall not rely on oral statements.
