As of November 17,2020 The South Gate project has been awarded to Northwest Cascade Inc. for a total contract amount of $582,445.50 including WSST, Alternates 1, 2 & 4. ESTIMATED BID COST RANGE: $280,000 to $360,000 (low from Base Bid to high includ-ing all alternates) SCOPE OF WORK: Provide all necessary material, labor, tools and equipment to provide a complete and usable South Gate Improvement, project as per plans and specifications. Within 24 hours following the bid opening, results will be available online Bidder Responsibility will be evaluated for this project. In determining bidder responsibil-ity, the Owner shall consider an overall accounting of the criteria set forth in "DIVISION 004500 RESPONSIBILITY CRITERIA".
