Program of upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Hwy 15 in various municipalities, MRC Thérèse-de-Blainville, MRC, provincial electoral districts of Laval- des-Rapides, Chomedey, Sainte-Rose, Groulx, Blainville and Mirabel. The project includes the repairs of the roadway and the reserved lanes in Laval and Boisbriand, addition of a reserved lane on Hwy 15 North between highways 640 and 50 and the construction of an overhead ramp leading from Autoroute 440 West to Autoroute 15 North. The total value of the program planned until 2031 amounts to almost $1B. TIMELINE: The owner is implementing the project by construction packages. First construction packages have been already tendered and are followed in the reports under CRM IDs Leveling, Paving, Repairs to Structural Slabs, Replacement of a Storm Pipe and Correction of the Pavement Foundation on Highway 15 and Roads 117 and 329 (Laurentides) - 5554870 and Rehabilitation of the Running Surface and Repair of the Gédéon-Ouimet Bridge on Autoroute 15 (Communauté Métropolitaine De Montréal) - 5405519. Construction started. Subsequent package tenders will be followed in separate reports. Note: Plans and specifications of the construction program are prepared by the Consortium Avenir A-15 led by the firm CIMA+.
