**As of October 30, 2020, project has not been awarded. The Project consists of reconstruction and repair of existing dry-rot damaged and previously removed overhangs on four relocatable building wings; removal and replacement of existing metal roofing with new single-ply roofing, sheet metal flashing and associated trim; and removal of existing noncompliant concrete paving with new concrete paving, new ramp sections, and related site features per plans and specifications prepared by HMC Architects. The estimate for this project is $869,000. The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Work as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction and applicable regulations If you discover any error, omission, ambiguity, or conflict in the Plans or Specifications you are required to notify the District Contracts Office at Jessica-sulli@scusd.edu for clarification such that it is received no later than October 6, 2020. Indicate the Project and Bid number in your request for clarification. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or waive any irregularity in any bid received. If the District awards the Contract, the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made. Unless otherwise required by law, no bidder may withdraw its bid for ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
