The Town of Glenville is seeking an engineering firm with surveying capabilities. The selected firm will need to survey lands adjacent to roadways for ROW. The selected firm will design a sidewalk installation at the Sacandaga Elementary School to be constructed by Fall 2021. The project is a grant funded effort to create safe walking paths to schools. Two municipalities and the school district collaborated to develop the concept. The successful firm will have the technical expertise, broad experience and current capacity to work with a variety of entities to work together on the project. CR Number: 2068439 Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Total MWBE Participation Goals: 30% Proposals are to be delivered to the Town of Glenville Planning Department. Firms responding to this RFP shall submit five written copies to the Town of Glenville Planning Department, either by mail or hand-delivery. The state agency reserves the right to reject any bid, request for assignment, renewal or extension for an entity that appears on the Prohibited Entities List prior to the award, assignment, renewal or extension of a contract, and to pursue a responsibility review with respect to any entity that is awarded a contract and appears on the Prohibited Entities list after contract award. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
