Building includes office space, a garage, storage areas and contained use areas. - Construction of a 255 sq. m single storey wood framed modular living quarters building on a crawl space on same site. - Construction to be of high quality and durable materials. Project is inclusive of interior finishes, millwork, glazing, doors, etc. - Construction of associated structural, mechanical, and electrical systems. - Construction of a 75 sq. m detached storage building. * Development of site including installation of underground services, rock blasting, grading, landscaping, signage lighting, and granular surfacing. * Project also includes a self-contained solar photovoltaic system. The estimated contract period will be 27 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2023/09/27. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 2025 December 31st. This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.
