Listing of Subcontractor's: Every Bidder must supply the Subcontractor list completed and submitted to the Owner at the same location and time as specified for receipt of Bids. The Bidder shall name the Subcontractor with whom the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will subcontract directly (i.e., not lower-tier Subcontractors) for performance of the work of: heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing as described in RCW 18.106, electrical work as described in RCW 19.28, steel reinforcement installations structural steel installations and any other categories of Work listed on the Subcontractor listing form. Any Bidder who intends to self-perform any of the categories of Work must name itself for each such category of Work. Bids received after the time fixed for receipt cannot be considered.
