*Burnside Services has been identified as the apparent low bidder. Information regarding the contract status will not be released. 1. Site Preparation; 2. Approximately 45,000 CY of Detention Pond Excavation, including Placement on Site; 3. Approximately 950 LF of 5' Concrete-Lined Pilot Channel in Detention Pond; 4. Approximately 600 LF of Backslope Interceptor Swale and 1 Backslope Interceptor Structure with 24" Polymer-Coated Corrugated Metal Pipe and Concrete Rip Rap; 5. Approximately 4,600 SY of 5" Thick Concrete Slope Pavement; 6. Approximately 95 LF of 24" Reinforced Concrete Storm Pipe and all appurtenances; 7. Storm Water Pollution Prevention Control. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, payment bond and a one-year maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. If the contract is to be awarded, Owner will give the successful bidder a notice of award within sixty (60) days after the day of the Bid opening.
