The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. The Sonoma County Junior College District (District) dba Santa Rosa Junior College is pre-qualifying security design-build entities (SDBE's) who wish to submit proposals for the District Security Systems Upgrade Project. A B-General Contractor license is required. Please note: All items marked with a red are required and the system will not allow you to submit until all required items are completed. There will not be a pre-submission conference. A District committee will review the submissions and short-list security design-build entities to submit proposals for the project. The District Security Systems Upgrade Project is defined as follows: Project estimate: $6,000,000 Liquidated damages: $1,500/day Project duration from NTP: 365 days SDBE to expand the capability of and add new equipment to existing security systems that operate at the Santa Rosa, Petaluma, and Public Safety Training Center (PSTC) campus locations. The scope of work includes enhancing security measures to the access control system, video management system, emergency telephone system, and the key management system. Sonoma County Junior College District shall not be responsible for receipt of notification and information received from any other source other than those listed. It shall be the vendors responsibility to verify the validity of all bid information received by sources other than those listed.
