Estimate: $5,500,000.00 - $6,500,000.00 The deadline to ask questions is 8/12/2020 2:30 PM CST The Reclaimed Water System Pump Station and Treatment Plant Improvements includes the following facilities: One (1) new 3.3 MGD Reclaimed Water System Pump Station (expandable to 5 MGD) with flow meter and site piping from the Reclaimed Water Pump Station site to the connection to the reclaimed water pipeline just outside of the WWTP fence line. The pump station will include an access road to the site and electrical building. The pump station will be rated for outdoor use and will not have a building shell. Treatment Plant Improvements consist of the following: 1. Independent chemical coagulant addition for both plants. 2. Creation of anaerobic zones at the old plant with mechanical mixing equipment. 3. Convert one (1) of the existing decommissioned anaerobic digesters to a waste activated sludge (WAS) holding tank with mechanical mixing and aeration. 4. Install one (1) mechanical WAS thickener at the existing solids handling building. 5. Convert the existing gravity thickener to thickened WAS holding tanks with mechanical mixing and aeration. Electrical and SCADA improvements related to the Reclaimed Water System Pump Station and Treatment Plant Improvements.
