Electronic submissions are permitted and recommended within the framework of this invitation to tender. Please note : Only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this invitation to tender must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation which would cause the tender to be restrictive or conditional. Recommendation to submit bids electronically In order to protect the health of the staff of its organization, the Company is implementing preventive measures to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the Company strongly recommends that bidders submit their bids electronically through the electronic tendering system. Authorization to contract / attestation from Revenu Quebec It is strongly suggested that bidders make as soon as possible, according to the requirements of the contractual documents, their request for a certificate from Revenu Quebec and, if applicable, their request for authorization to contract with the Autorite des marches publics, in order to ensure that these requirements are completed before the deadline for receipt of tenders. Non-participation in the call for tenders Any person or company having obtained the contractual documents and who does not submit a tender, undertakes to complete the form "Non-participation questionnaire" included in the contractual documents and to send it to the Company at following email address: infosoumission11@sqi.gouv.qc.ca Submission from subcontractors All subcontractors subject to the Office of Submitted Deposits of Quebec (BSDQ) must, when submitting their electronic submission to the BSDQ, indicate the Company as "Recipient" using the "Bidder" menu of the electronic transmission system of the submissions (TES). The work required under this call for tenders must be completely completed in 12 weeks (including public holidays, construction holidays and the time required for the supply of materials / equipment) from the date of authorization to start work. The probable date for the start of work is between August 17 and September 17, 2020. The tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the amount of the tender. When the tender is transmitted on paper, this tender guarantee must be presented in the form of a guarantee, an irrevocable guarantee letter, a certified check, money order or draft and comply with the conditions mentioned in the article "Tender guarantee >> Instructions to tenderers . Information Bidders who wish to receive details concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the email address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the date and the time limit for receipt of tenders . If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders, the company reserves the right not to consider it.
